  • OUR SHIPPING POLICY

    At HARLI + HARPA, we want you to be able to get what you want quickly and stress free, so say hello to free standard shipping on orders over $25AUD.

    If you need your item quickly our express shipping is $14AUD. 

    All online orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving the order. Shipping timeframes vary between 5-7 days depending on your location. Rural communities may have a longer delay.

    Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

    We will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    If you cannot find your tracking details, please contact us via the online chat bubble.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Never say never! However, we do not currently ship outside of Australia.

RETURNS

  • IN STORE RETURNS

    All purchases made in-store can be returned or exchanged for change of mind within 30 days in any HARLI + HARPA store in the country of purchase. Return your purchase by going to your nearest HARLI + HARPA store with your order confirmation email or proof of purchase.  If you don’t have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items. All items returned to HARLI + HARPA must be in their original sale condition.

    Subject to law we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on  

    Earrings, Piercing Jewellery, Hair accessories or Gift Cards.

    As our Personalised items were made just for you we do not accept returns on these pieces.

    CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

    • Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).
    • Earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories, personlaised items and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
    • Shipping costs from online purchases and click and collect are non-refundable for change of mind reasons.
    • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.
  • ONLINE RETURNS

    These Returns & Exchange terms should be read together with, and are subject to, the HARLI + HARPA Terms and Conditions, available here.

    Changed your mind? Not to worry! Refunds are offered on all eligible orders returned to us within 30 days of your delivery date.

    Please email Hello@harliandharpa.com to request a refund with a copy of your receipt. 

    Subject to law, refunds will not be granted for earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories, personalised items and gift cards if returned for change of mind reasons

  • PERSONALISED ITEMS

    HARLI + HARPA does not offer exchanges or refunds for personalised products if you change your mind and later decide you don't like or want the product. Our change of mind policy does not apply to personalised products.

    FAULTY RETURNS:
